Negative Self Talk
Overview: Our unique approach put participants inside of experiential lessons that are designed to give them the tools and skills they need to create healthier, happier, and more successful lives. They will learn by doing, and by the training’s end, they not only know what the tools and skills are – they own them. Conduct our “Safe Space” training where “Three Agreements” are introduced. Create a safe and trusted environment that allows participants to get present, to open up and express themselves while engaging others in empowering communication. Conduct our “Negative Self Talk” training in which how to identify negative self-talk and where it comes from is demonstrated. Assist with understanding the impact it has had on their lives. Illustrate how “Negative Self Talk” leads to poor decisions and bad behavior. Learn how to put feelings into words. Identify their gifts, talents, and discover their greatness. Use tools to shift from negative to a more powerful conversation. |
Objectives: • Creating a “Safe Space” by introducing and describing “Three Agreements” which governs open & effective dialogue. • Learn how to ask for a “Safe Space” from others so you can continue to open up and explore what you are dealing with on all levels. • Become aware of the negative messages you speak to yourself daily. • Experience clarity regarding how you feel and how your feelings are impacting your behavior. • Begin to remove your mask and discover who you really are. • Create powerful self-talk to shift your mindset. • Use tools to shift to a more powerful conversation in any situation. • Learn to make new choices that serves you and supports your goals. • Uncover, identify, and walk in your greatness. |
Methodology: • One (1) – Half day training seminar (3 – 4 hours) for a group of 25 to 75 teens. • Post evaluations, monthly email and text campaigns to continue engagement, to encourage use of the tools learned and to assess sustainability. • Private Online “Safe Space” Community Group. |
UNCOMMON LEADERS

Conduct our “UNCCOMMON LEADERS” Leadership training in which the concept of being an uncommon leader is introduced. Identify the 7 attributes of being uncommon and how it impacts every leader’s performance. Discover their unique uncommonness and what sets them apart from one another. Learn to embrace who they are while respecting the diversity of others. Understand the lack of being common is the sole prize of their existence. Learn being Uncommon is Unconventional, Unstoppable, Unshakable, Undeniable and Unforgettable! Dare to be Uncommon! |

OWN IT
Overview: Our unique approach put participants inside of experiential lessons that are designed to give them the tools and skills they need to create healthier, happier, and more successful lives. They will learn by doing, and by the training’s end, they not only know what the tools and skills are – they own them. Conduct our “Safe Space” training where “Three Agreements” are introduced. Create a safe and trusted environment that allows participants to get present, to open up and express themselves while engaging others in empowering communication. Conduct our “OWN IT” Leadership training in which we demonstrate to participants how to actually OWN who they are by owning their mistakes, failures and bad decisions. “OWN IT” introduces Integrity and the impact the lack of integrity has on their lives. Learn how the lack of integrity shows up, what it looks like and how it leads to bad decisions. Identify the steps to restore integrity in any situation. Learn how the 3 most powerful words in the English language and how to use them. Discover how to OWN their greatness regardless who is in the room. |

Conduct our “Aware” training in which we demonstrate to parents how to become aware of how they are showing up in their home. Discuss the impact it has on the lives of their family members. Teach parents how to hear what their child(ren) is NOT saying out loud. Acquire tools and techniques to restart communication after a breakdown. Discover and share their vulnerabilities openly. Identify their strengths and areas of improvement. Learn how to recognize and Own their greatness. |
Objectives: • Creating a “Safe Space” by introducing and describing “Three Agreements” which governs open & effective dialogue. • Learn how to create a Safe Space in their home so you can teach your family members to open up and truly share what they are dealing with on all levels. • Become aware of the negative messages you are saying to yourself and your family and acknowledge its impact. • Identify and uncover vulnerabilities that are strong holds in your life. • Learn how to release guilt & shame that comes with parenting. • Get clear on areas that are not working in your family. • Distinguish the difference of reacting and responding. • Focus on areas of parenting and communication skills to create amazing relationships within your family. • Use tools to shift, change and improve any situation. • OWN who you are as a parent. |

Overview: Our unique approach put participants inside of experiential lessons that are designed to give them the tools and skills they need to create healthier, happier, and more successful lives. They will learn by doing, and by the training’s end, they not only know what the tools and skills are – they own them. Conduct our “Safe Space” training where “Three Agreements” are introduced. Create a safe and trusted environment that allows participants to get present, to open up and express themselves while engaging others in empowering communication. Conduct our “Connecting” training in which we demonstrate to parents and teens how to stop and connect authentically with one another. Become aware of how each person is showing up at home, work and school. Understand the impact it has on their lives and the lives of other family members. Learn how to recognize and stop negative self-talk. Acquire the steps to actively listen to one another and hear what NOT is being said out loud. Learn how to reconnect and restart communication after a breakdown.

Conduct our “Aware” training in which we demonstrate to staff and youth advocates how to stop and become aware of how they are showing up in the workplace. Understand the impact it has on their lives, the lives of their co-workers and clients they serve. Learn how to recognize and stop negative self-talk. Learn to hear what co-workers and young people are NOT saying out loud. Enhance your communication skills to build stronger relationships with co-workers and clients. |

Combination
Overview: Our unique approach put participants inside of experiential lessons that are designed to give them the tools and skills they need to create healthier, happier, and more successful lives. They will learn by doing, and by the training’s end, they not only know what the tools and skills are – they own them. Conduct the combination of: Our “Negative Self Talk” with “OWN IT” or “Uncommon Leaders” trainings. Our “Aware” with “OWN IT” or “Uncommon Leaders” trainings. Our “Connecting” with “OWN IT” or “Uncommon Leaders” trainings. We will combine the powerful leadership training with our emotional literacy training for teens, young adults, parents, adults, professional staff and youth advocates. This is customized training to support and fit the unique culture of your business or youth group. |
